1.Sampling

We offers samples that are developed to incorporate colors, fabrics and styles based on the requirements of our buyers.This helps us in speeding our approval of fit, Viewing colour combination to near perfection and interaction with the customers, online or by video conferencing. We manufacture samples in quantities as required by our customers . By offering this vital service, we sharpen the marketing efforts of our buyers in their region by giving them an edge over their competition.

2.Cutting

Our in-house pattern markers help to devise ways to cut the fabric in such a manner as to maximize utility and minimize wastage of fabric. We have fabric spreader to lay fabric which is then marked to cut according to specifications of the design to the nearest millimeter, in order to ensure as perfect a fit as possible. Cut parts of the fabric are then labeled and dispatched of the sewing stations.

3.Sewing

Giving life to our imagination and wings to our aspirations, our sewing facilities is the next step in the process that turns fabric into a multitude of garments with a capacity of 3,000 pieces per day. Our product centric and dedicated sewing production lines across our plants turn customer sketches into reality irrespective of size shape or colour. Experienced operators across our factories are specially trained for specific product groups thereby allowing high efficiencies and consistency in every stitch.

4.Finishing

The final phase of the production process is of checking, ironing and packaging to ensure that every garment is in line with our customers vision. The final product inspection is carried out by our experienced quality control teams, keeping in mind high levels of globally accepted AQL standards. This is done in-spite of an end-to- end inspection process at every stage of the manufacturing process, this in turn ensures an error-free and contamination free product.
